IMF Capacity Development Experience
The revamped IMF Capacity Development (CD) Experience will focus on promoting two aspects of the CD work: the general role of capacity development as one of key elements of the Fund’s mandate, as well as the online learning offer, which is what mostly interested spring and annual meetings’ participants. The main element of the CD Experience will feature a big screen, which will display videos showcasing the capacity development work in general and online learning offer particularly, as well as animated testimonials from courses’ participants. Attendees will be able to browse the online courses and register directly on dedicated video screens (totems). In other part, the CD Experience will also present the map of IMF’s Regional Capacity Development Centers (with narrative “IMF CD is close to member countries”), the CD thematic funds (with narrative “we share the key IMF competence with our member countries”), as well as the maps of key donor partners of the IMF’s capacity development work.
