The revamped IMF Capacity Development Experience will focus on promoting many aspects of training and technical assistance work: the general role of capacity development as one of key elements of the IMF’s mandate, as well as the online learning offer, which is what mostly interests spring and annual meetings’ participants.

The Experience will feature a big screen, which will display videos presenting the capacity development work in general and online learning offer particularly, as well as animated testimonials from courses’ participants.

Attendees will be able to browse the online courses and register directly on dedicated video screens. In other parts, the Experience will also present the key element organizing our work: map of the IMF’s Regional Capacity Development Centers, all IMF’s thematic and country funds that provide training and technical assistance in particular areas and states, as well as the list of key donor partners, who support more than 60% of the IMF’s capacity development work.
